Sam Piercey Foundation Lunch

It was that time of year again to bring in good cheer! Of course, we enjoy our feast with a little good doing as well.

The Sam Piercey Foundation originated in 2016 following the passing of industry titan Sam Piercey, and every year J.R. Martino continues to grow and bring awareness and material to the good intentions of his sensei, through a classic Christmas lunch. The foundation is geared towards bringing recognition into the collision repair industry, along with encouraging potential apprentices into the collision repair trade.

Since 2016, Budds’ Collisions annual Pig Roast has been dedication to the memory of Sam Piercey and his foundation. Guests are encouraged to bid via raffle and silent auction on many fabulous prizes, with all proceeds donated to the foundation.

So far, our annual Pig Roast has raised over 80k and with the help of Skills Canada, the foundation has helped kick start the careers of many collision repair apprentices.

We thank J.R. and his team for everything that they do to keep Christmas bellies full and the industry to thrive. Happy Holidays!
